Too Busy

The last month has been rather crazy around here. I was hoping once the holidays were over things would slow down a little. Shae has started indoor soccer and Shannon is coaching. He is loving every minute it of it and Shae enjoys having her dad coach. Shae has also started pee-wee basketball and will be playing through the end of February. Annika has really been struggling with lots of homework and due to a short concentration level it is a chore for all involved. Its very frustrating as a parent because I question when do kids get to be kids? Shannon has been at his new job for about 9 months now and some days are still hard and though its not the job he wants to do for the rest of his life it is where God currently has him and he just takes one day at a time. I am still working full time and hoping someday to be a stay at home mom or at least working less nights and more days. Well I must go homework isn't quite done and laundry is calling my name.
