Snow Angels

"Aww man! Now I'm stuck!"

Like she doesn't get any food!


We love snow days in our house. It gives us time to catch up and relax. Annika and Shae have been catching up on their reading for school. They have been loving playing out in the snow. I had to make Annika come inside, she had been out for almost 2 hours. I don't want them to get sick although the fresh air probably did them some good. They were trying to eat the icicles off the side of the house. I tried to explain they probably should be eating the snow and the icicles. Annika's response was "It's not yellow, Mom." I said "that doesn't mean it's not dirty!" Annika ate so much snow and ice her mouth was numb and she didn't realize she cut the top of her mouth until she came inside and was eating kiwis and it burned. We made mini pizzas for lunch and I let them sit in front of the t.v. to eat which they thought was great. I don't usually let them do that. Shae was busy cutting, coloring, and gluing every paper she could get her hands on making masks, swords, shields, and belts. All in all it was a great 2 days.








Annika was knocking icicles off the side and her laugh is my favorite part!!
