Well I'm running a little behind these days our schedule has been a little hectic the last while.
Shae was in the rat race again this year which is a kiddie run and she kicked butt. A boy (Jake) beat her last time and was not going to let that happen again!!! She is hoping to run in the mile next year and maybe that will give me a little more motivation to get back in shape. I know getting beat by your 7-year old probably means you need to work out a little more. :)
