Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake
Yummy!??!Friday night I came home from work and decided I was too wired to sleep. I decided I would experiment with a cheesecake recipe. It is pure chocolate heaven. Well I had barely gotten started when I realized I was out of of cocoa and since it was 11pm the grocery store was closed I made a late night trip to moms and let myself in. Well 6 packages of cream cheese later (I should own stock in Philadelphia cream cheese.) and one trip to moms the cheesecake was ready to go in the oven. 1 a.m. the cheesecake was finished and I was no longer wired! Looking for taste-testers to tell me what my cheesecake needs.

Now that looks like a cheesecake I might actually enjoy!
I think I could become a permanant taste tester for you. Anytime you bake or cook you just let me know and I will hurry down to see if it is good enough for everyone else.
