Change

If you all know me very well, you know I don't like change! Since Shannon lost his job 2 weeks ago. There are going to be several changes around here. Shannon started his new job last night. Yes I said last night, he is working nights for the first 6 weeks until the plant is done. It will be an adjustment going to bed alone. The girls wont see him for the next 2 months except on the weekends, Shae cried last night, she said "who is going to pray with me?" Shannon has always prayed with the girls before they went to bed and I told her I would, but I guess its just not the same as Daddy. It is a good thing it was dark in the car or she would have seen me crying too. I'm sure we will adjust and about the time we are adjusted Shannon will start working days. I'm counting my blessings that he got hired so fast. We have to wait 75 days for insurance but they do have a good insurance plan which is a must with kids. We will take one day at a time. Pray for my parents they are taking care of my kids since I work 3 nights a week. I am sure the are hoping the 6 weeks go fast too!
