Recipe of the week

Rotel Dip

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayo
1 Tbls. worcestershire sauce
1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 Tbls chopped onion
2 cans rotel tomatoes, mostly drained

combine first 5 ingredients and then stir in tomatoes.
Let chill for a couple of hours and serve with tortilla chips.

This dip is addictive and requires a pepsi while eating!
