Recipe of the week

Pepperoni Cheese Ravioli

1/2# fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 3 1/2oz package pepperonis, sliced and diced
1 small onion cut into wedges
1 tbls butter
1 8oz can of tomato sauce
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 c. sour cream
25 oz frozen cheese ravioli

Cook ravioli to package directions.
In a large sauce pan, saute mushrooms, pepperoni, and onion in butter until onion is tender. Stir in tomato sauce, parmesan cheese,and spices; heat through. Remove from heat; stir in sour cream. Drain ravioli; toss with cream sauce.
