I got a wild hair to make cookies at 9 p.m. tonight. I had all thee ingredients to make a large batch of chocolate cookies. We have enough cookies to last us for a couple of weeks unless someone comes over and raids my freezer! I know what you are thinking why is Annika still up on a school night?! She was up late finishing her homework and she wanted to scoop out a tray of cookies and I couldn't say no:)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 c. Butter
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2- 3.4 ounce boxes of instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
2- 12 ounce bags of mini chocolate chips
mix together and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes
