We love going to Fox Ridge State Park several times a year and we haven't been able to go as often this year because we've so busy. About a month ago we finally found a Sunday afternoon to go. We had a great time walking all the trails and sometimes off the trails. We found an odd assortment of mushrooms none of which looked too tasty. We did find some cool bugs most of which I didn't get on camera, they weren't very photogenic. I think we lost 5 pounds walking since the girls always have to go to the eagles nest the long way. It never ceases to amaze me how out of shape I seem to be when we go there. I walk 3 or4 miles everyday and that doesn't count all the walking I do at my job. If I lived closer the park I would be there several times a week I love walking through the trees.
